Ar turėjo teisę UAB „MAXIMA“ iškirsti topolius, esančius ties įvažiavimu į Ringaudus?

Pilnas klausimas:

Ar turėjo teisę UAB „MAXIMA“ iškirsti topolius, esančius ties įvažiavimu į Ringaudus?  Ar tokie veiksmai nepažeidė visų Ringaudų gyventojų interesų į gražiai sutvarkytą aplinką ir ilgalaikę nematerialią naudą? Ar galima imtis tam tikrų priemonių, kad būtų galima reikalauti UAB „MAXIMA“ atlyginti padarytą žalą? Kaip Ringaudų seniūnas vertina tokius veiksmus, kuomet buvo sunaikintas Ringaudų išskirtinis bruožas – įvažiavimas į gyvenvietę per ilgaamžių medžių alėją? Ar tokiems veiksmams neturėjo būti apklausiami Ringaudų gyventojai ir ar jie neturėjo pareikšti savo nuomonės šiuo klausimu?

Esame labai nusivylę, kad nutiko tai kas nutiko ir norime sulaukti kaip galima daugiau atsakymų į iškeltus klausimus. Dėkojame.

Atsakymas:

Atsakydami į Ringaudų seniūnijos gyventojų užklausimus, informuojame, kad 2008 m. rugpjūčio mėn. Kauno r. sav. Ringaudų seniūnijos tarybos posėdžio metu buvo svarstomas klausimas dėl prekybos centro "Maxima" statybos, buvo pristatytas detalusis plano projektas. Informacija apie šį projektą buvo skelbiama spaudoje.

Sprendžiant eismo saugumo ties naujai projektuojamu prekybos centru klausimą, buvo pasiūlyta iškirsti medžius ir įrengti kelio greitėjimo ir lėtėjimo juostas bei šaligatvius. Kitų įvažiavimo į prekybos centrą variantų nepasiūlyta, todėl buvo pritarta dėl medžių iškirstimo.

Prekybos centro "Maxima" projektas buvo suderintas su LR Alinkosaugos ministrija ir leidimas pašalinti medžius buvo gautas iš Kauno r. savivaldybės administracijos Ekologo skyriaus vyr. specialisto D. Šlapiko. 2010-08-25 seniūnaičių sueigos metu buvo patvirtintas galutinis sprendimas dėl medžių iškirtimo ir atsodinimo naujais.
